Estimates & Project Agreements

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material changes, or customer‑requested modifications.
Work begins only after written approval from the customer.
Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.

Scheduling & Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, or other factors outside our control. R&R Concrete Works is not liable for delays caused by these conditions.

Payments & Billing

A deposit may be required to schedule work.
Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Late payments may incur fees as permitted by North Carolina law.
R&R Concrete Works reserves the right to pause or discontinue work for non‑payment.

Warranties & Limitations

Concrete is a natural material and may experience minor cracking, color variation, or surface imperfections. R&R Concrete Works provides workmanship warranties as outlined in individual project agreements but does not guarantee against:

Cracking caused by ground movement or weather
Damage caused by misuse, heavy loads, chemicals, or de‑icing salts
Issues resulting from customer‑provided site conditions.

Any warranty coverage will be detailed in writing for each project.
